graduated from Brown
University (Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude) and from New York University School of Medicine. He completed a pediatric residency at Mount
Sinai Hospital (NYC), followed by a residency in Internal Medicine and a
sub-specialty in Pulmonary Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital (NYC). He is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Pulmonology.
Dr. Horovitz is also the Director of Carnegie Medical PC and treats
professional performers at Carnegie Hall, The MET OPERA, and on Broadway. He is an author of the medical anthology, "The Singer's Guide to Complete Health" (Oxford University Press, 2013).
